Wade Zetterberg

Today's Remingtonite is Wade Zetterberg. Wade is a graduate of Clinton Central, but has lived in Remington for the last 6 years. He is married to Heather Alberts, whose parents grew up in Remington. He and his wife are the parents of two young boys, Drew and Jack.

I found Wade tonight at the Tobias Center at the library. He is in charge of one of the activities that will culminate during Remington's Sesquicentennial Celebration; Remington's own "Biggest Loser" contest. Tonight was the weigh-in for teams of 4 and the final weigh-in will on July 14.

Wade told me that growing up in rural Clinton County made him think that he wanted to move away from small towns. He moved to New York City for a short time and knew that was not where he wanted to live! He loves Remington and is currently a stay-at-home dad. He wants to become a writer and is currently a member of the Prairie Writer's Guild. Welcome to Remington Wade!
