Tri-County Women's Weekend

Okay, this is not going to be a blog post taken in the town of Remington today, but it is about people from our community. Twelve women, including myself, who work at Tri-County Middle/Senior High School from our principal to support staff went on a weekend trip to Hocking Hills, Ohio. Mrs. Goad, our principal, planned this trip and opened it up to all female staff at the school. Twelve of us made the trip.

We got there late Friday evening and broke into two groups on Saturday morning for our  3 hour "Canopy Tour." We zip-lined and climbed on rope bridges through the tree tops. It was an awesome weekend! After zip-lining into the afternoon, we then went hiking on several trails at the state park, seeing caves and waterfalls.

Some of the women have worked at Tri-County over 20 years, and others have been with us for only two or three. It was a great weekend renewing friendships, and getting to know each other in a non-school setting. See if you recognize any of these faces.
